Regardless good or bad time, dealers or usually Remisers will allocate certain numbers of shares to their clients, if in good time, stock will make good $$$, bad time still require to support newly IPO stuff as well. cannot say i do want type, the next time good time come, no more allcation to U liao. Given this bad time, stil i believe it can folat just above it IPO price. may have to lose some commission if not fast enuff to STAG..

what is placement share as stated? are they meant to be owned by BBs?

where the shares goes as i can see quite a large sum of placement share involves for every IPO and share..

Sino Construction is based in Daqing - China's largest petroleum production base. It plans to spend $17.5m setting up a concrete mixing plant and buying related equipment. The plant is expected to be operating by year-end.

The company's revenue increased from RMB1.1bn in FY2006 to RMB1.16bn in FY2007. Net profit rose 18.4% to RMB168.5m ($33.1m) for FY2007. As of Apr 1 this year, the group had a confirmed order book of RMB1.18bn.
