    Just FYI:

    Indiabulls Properties Investment Trust offer shares within a $1-$1.10 price range, Raised only $262.5 million, Below the expected maximum $288.8 million it sought even after it lower it ipo prices to a dollar and after it extended it extension of it retail tranch offer.

    Banker said, added that it has attracted only 700 hundred required 1,000 applications.

    Look likely to open below water......and cheaper to buy from open market. This coming week, sentiment market is bad for Indiabull Properties Trust IPO, with poor retailers response, that will depend now on BBs. This Indiabull likely to turn Indiabear liao. Wrong timing, just my tot.

    x 0     		1st..is US Sub-prime credit crunch, the CDO...many banks (established bankers) lost alot $$$...needed LKY/GIC and Temasek's, then come credit squeeze and now local banks increases in rate by one(1)% to 3.98%, die lah, (oil..?), many can still buy new car and bigger car, S'pore is a rich playground for the rich, within 7 hours of flying times.

    Good luck.

    BBs will play this type of shares by HL bank, whether those trading price drop or no drop, may even catch shortist if it start to shot at....BBs play, small player, better dun play..play. one of those BBs is Guocoland.

    x 0     		Isit truth property market be hit badly by stock decline?,  as bank started to be more care in lending $$$ with a one (1)%  rate increases, this may even pull down or halted some buyers to be more wary, certainly look that way, down B4 going up.

    Just FYI: No more cheap mortgages as banks raise rates bt 1% to 3.98% amid a slowing property market and uncertain economic outlook. banks are facing "ïncreased credit risks on housing loans" and another news indicated of weak properties sales ahead.

    Stalemate over prices leads to lowest auction sales in 10 years  on dismay slaes of oni 31 properties were sold (auction off) compare to last year of 108 properties sold for the same period.

    If U Q to sell in btw 8:30am - B4 9:00am at 25ct - 25.5ct(min 5lots to sell), U get kopi $$$. look like very quiet now, slowing down, BBs may have another go to catch err...shortist Vs BBs purchasing power.

    x 0     		Regardless good or bad time, dealers or usually Remisers will allocate certain numbers of shares to their clients, if in good time, stock will make good $$$, bad time still require to support newly IPO stuff as well. cannot say i do want type, the next time good time come, no more allcation to U liao. Given this bad time, stil i believe it can folat just above it IPO price. may have to lose some commission if not fast enuff to STAG..

    Taisan 1st day trading and Indian property trust's indicated....don't ecpected too much. Just my personnal opinion..Good for a STAG in Sino Construction.

    HL Bank manage, HL has strong kaki's (supporters) thou however strong, markets sentiment is bad, cannot beat market, should be slightly better then China Taisan, don't expect too much to open alot higher, just my tot.

    DR Antionio Soh announced big plan..Jade up +to 20ct..Dr Anthonio Soh announced shift and terminated plan...Jade share down to 12ct. Isit worth that much for remaining coal mining business?

    A case of too much, too greedy, 1 2 has 3 cakes n eat all three cakes in one go.

    Jade is not proceeding with the Russian Marine Gas Oil D2 Contract and has also ceased negotiations on the Mazut Oil project.

    The reasons behind the decision to not proceed with the Oil Contracts, and more generally, to not enter
    the oil trading business, can be summarised as follows:
    1. The discontinuance of the Oil Contracts is in line with the Group's strategy to concentrate its efforts and resources on its main business focus in the coal mining industry; and
    2. The Oil Contracts require massive amounts of financing and substantial banking facilities which, if the Company under present circumstances could raise, should be appropriately applied to the coal mining business.
