(Jaded) Boss is taking Merrill Lynch and Opes to court for his insolve problem following CAD investigation, so MR Antionio Soh is trying to sour what he has been trying...Isit he himself is also part of all this problem, if not where got such problem can occur...will CAD go after him?.

Blames both for botched /botching out this buyout. Claims:.....leaving him a millionaire losser.

China property market set to cool (Beijing)
Developers face credit squeeze, falling sales and lower prices. In Beijing, (Thurs) Capland chief Mr liew said in an interview (Bloomberg source), S'pore low-end homes prices is holding up.

(SINGAPORE) Developers are getting ready to release mass- to mid-market condos, encouraged by the response to modestly-priced developments recently.

Vietnam. Keppel Land, CapitaLand, Guocoland, Fraser & Neave, Allgreen and Chip Eng Seng are six developers with residential projects in Vietnam, said BNP Paribas, and Keppel Land has the largest exposure with about US$7 billion of project value.

Here last Friday traded prices in STI. (Jusy FYI) Play of the week..Kepland shares falter on weak property market, has falling 13ct, or 4.66% this week and off 29.3% this year.

Regardless good or bad time, dealers or usually Remisers will allocate certain numbers of shares to their clients, if in good time, stock will make good $$$, bad time still require to support newly IPO stuff as well. cannot say i do want type, the next time good time come, no more allcation to U liao. Given this bad time, stil i believe it can folat just above it IPO price. may have to lose some commission if not fast enuff to STAG..

CDL, is the big developer for Shelford Suites has also beginnig to start previewing for its 77 units, has delay for month before deciding to lower it slaes price. while Dakota Residence is develop by Ho bee Investment and NTUC Choice home.

Prices of some new properties coming down. Move may signal of months-long stand-off between buyers and sellers.

Shelford Suites (near Shelford rd??) Sold in March for $1,869 psf = $1,905 psf. Current price: $1,600/-

Dakata Residences. planned price $1,000 psf - $1,100 psf. Current price: $950 psf.

"Developers will have to continue to reduce prices if ihey want to maintain sales, as many projects are still out of the reach of owner-occupiers.
