ISDN Holdings Ltd (the “Company”) announced that the Company shall, through its wholly-owned subsidiary Motion Control Group Pte. Ltd. (“MCG”), acquire another 15% interest in the entire issued and paid-up capital of Servo from Mr Gan Ho Soon, for a total consideration of S$80,000. If you sell your shares during cum-rights period, the rights issue is transfer to the other party rite? If you sell your shares during Ex rights period, do you still own the rights issue? Or no one own the rights issue? If u sell during ex-rights, u shld still be entitled to the rights. Cheers.

I think ISDN is quite undervalued considering the PE and book value. When is the book closure date? I think i miss it. Thinking of selling right now before they dilute the shares. Please help. |

LOL after sleeping for 1 solid year, now its daily volume has increased significantly hitting 0.355 and bottoming at around 0.28 few days ago. Now making a comeback at 0.33 and look like heading for further north..............

Last time illiquid, I bought so many lots, today is too liquid . . . . . . . . I let go >80% capital gain. The trend of capital gain opportunity is commencing to buy illiquid counter today and selling perhaps three months later with > 80% gain. No joke!

this stock was dead for more than a year and no one interested to buy at 0.15. now that it has spring to life and trading more than double, buyers are coming in. buy high sell higher something brewing? back to 0.5 level? why the sudden interest?

As much as I like to explain to you why insider selling can make the stock price rocketed, but I can't. All I know is that when the insiders start to sell their stocks, they may know something about that company that we don't. If they sell their holdings, I won't want to Buy that stock even if the price is about to rocket because I don't know what can come out from the company and bite me in the near future.
