digested the information. apparently LW and his cronies took control of about 70%. 10% of the ppl have already submitted and agreed to the exit offer. still got 20% never reply anything... |

I do not understand. What is the 9th Dec 2013 thingy about? I thought we already filled up the two forms -- 1. For voting for delisting, 2. And whether to opt for delisting

Synear is one of those headaches that refuses to go away.
I am actually quite surprised that considering that so many
shareholders are unhappy with the buyout offer, the scheme of
arrangement was still approved at the recent egm.
This is unlike Full Apex where there is a stalemate between the major shareholders and disgruntled minority shareholders.

Does anyone knows what is going on with Synear? Already accepted delist offer on 11 sep. But, until now, no payment from them. If I know such craps will happens, I would have sold it in the open market and get my money back. | ||||
