x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Valuation of stocks depend on the future PE and historical PE. Of course, if value for next yr, not very cheap but if value for more yrs, then currently, it is very cheap. That's why lately there are some bargain hunting by fund managers because they are in for long term. For example, for China, we all know SSE hitting 10000 in the long run is possible, so now is very cheap!!
