shienar, If you already have traded in other stocks that are more "BLUE chips" in nature, then penny stocks trading is almost the same for you except that penny stocks are subjected to very high risk because of reasons that you might already know. High POTENTIAL return come with extra high risk. So ask yourself if you are CAPABLE of withstanding that extra high risk ( can lose 80% in one day, counter can be DELISTED, subject to frequent pump and dump scheme, chance of fraud, etc). However, at some point in time , such as people who are already very strong in their financial situation, and they already have very good way of allocation of their assets, some of these people will just ALLOCATE a very small percent of their asset, ( for example 5% to 10%) and then they play this for fun. |

   i should take this oppunity to say thank to Simon Loh n Simon Chua, I have attended their class, from there which they taught us n from there we keep on learning, sometime we do make mistake through greed, n in the end get stuck. i also get stuck u know. Keep on learnt from mistake.

 dear friend, better have some study n research n learn 1st before u start to play. Now market is not like last year. Last year u close 1 eye it will also go up as long the company have make $$. But now the situation is totally different. Up very fast n down also fast. Before u start pls advice to u, is to start with paper less trading n there u keep on try n learnt through your self.
Alot of ppl burnt their hand u still do not know, is just that inside the forun they never say only. this is my advice to u, have a nice trading n good luck.

Hey guys i'm thinking bout starting to trade penny stocks. I've heard alot about how they can turn huge returns is short time, but i've also heard about how they can be treacherously dangerous and volatile. In short, I need some tips on how to trade penny stocks. I'll apreciate any advice. |
