However in Jet's case, neither the exit offer nor the appointment of an IFA had been met. So Tat Wing, the chairman and managing director, had since been reprimanded by SGX for the non-compliance. Shareholders could either take legal action on a recourse, or wait for SGX to carry out its legal proceedings on the company.

x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Careful I tink penny and small stock is taking a hit after hit since late last week. Tread in with care. It is time SESDAQ do some correction. As STI are full of blue chip stock it does not reflect the red color but a look at SESDAQ will reveal the red red color :O

x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	I've just read that Jets loses HK$19.3 & 24.8m FY2006 & 2007 respectively, NAV has been reduced by another ~10cts(hk). With such a results, how to have more room to move? Moreover, cash flow is low at ~hk$6m the mgmt has the intention to borrow $$ to substain the oprn within the next 12mths. Any comments....wadrian?

x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Hi all, Volumes building up. If you guys bought this company 6 days ago when I posted this, it was trading at 9cts. Now it reached 12.5cts earlier today. Now it is stablised at 11.5 to 12cts range. This is a gain of 30+% in 6 days? however, this company has more room to move.

Jets Technics is a tyre recycler in based in Hong Kong that produces environmentally friendly rubber mats for stadiums, playgrounds etc. Their NAV is 5.6cts and now trading at 9cts range. They recently won the contract to supply rubber mats/turf for the Beijing Olympics 2008 for a total area of 9196 sqm or approx 92000 sq ft.
