Possible take over target by foreign firm?

Ultro has entered into an agreement to place 145m shares with 3 companies at $0.19 cents each for $27.6m, the company said yesterday. In addition, Ultro will grant another 145m option shares to Golden Phoenix Investment Holdings, Fine Sonic Investments and VDH Finance at the same price. Ultro said in Oct that part of the money raised will be used to buy 72.5% of Singapore-incorporated Xin Sheng International for $14.5m. The proceeds will also be used for working capital and to fund a lawsuit in the US against General Electric Company. Ultro said that it entered into an agreement to buy the stake in Xin Sheng from 5 individuals. Xin Sheng invests and trades raw materials such as iron ore and coke. Ultro said in Oct that buying Xin Sheng's shares fits well into its objectives, and the increase in global demand for basic commodities coupled with the consolidation of integrated steel mills worldwide has created a growth in demand for iron ore and related materials. |

Ultro Technologies said it has agreed to issue 145 million new shares at $0.19 each to raise net placement proceeds of $26.5 million. The proceeds will be used to buy a 72.5% stake in raw materials trader Xinsheng for $14.5 million, for working capital and for funding a legal suit against General Electric Company in the US. |

As expected. Price indeed closed at 0.18 Based on MACD chart, RSI chart and OBV chart.....etc Result: Positive Uptrend signal. Note: price might have slight correction drop when reaching 0.185. But it will be short term. Next week week revised price target : 0.18 - 0.20 Recommend: Buy in before instituition investors buy in. |
