x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Factoring in future dividends from more shares on hand and future capital appreciation of the shares, it will be better for shareholders to take up shares instead of cash. The company is issuing scrip shares at a discount to the fair value of the company (which is higher than the mkt price now)...but of course there would be dilution and hence the fair value will drop unless the company can compensate it with stronger growth in future... this would be no issue for them as there is a major growth driver in Iskandar.

x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	The price for the past few days are purposely pushed down so that major shareholders can convert the dividend to more shares. Last year new share was introduced at 5.7 cents. This is a company that is increasing in profit. Keep for more upside if you can afford to wait.
