I THINK the stock markets, having rallied for quite some time, were overdue for a correction. However, I do not think economic fundamentals globally as well as in Singapore have changed significantly between prior to the recent stock market crash and now. Externally, the risks of overheating in China and the possibility of a US economic slowdown later this year have been around for quite some time. Hopefully, with oil prices appearing to be stabilising, both the Chinese and US governments would be able to take actions to avert these risks. On the other hand, Singapore is on course in re-inventing itself. I think the next few years will be exciting times for Singapore as it becomes an international hub for Asia. Sentosa is fast becoming the playground for the rich and famous in Asia. At the same time, many regional private banking centres have been set up in Singapore to cater to these rich individuals. Also, the IR projects have only just started, while the property market is coming up. The local population is likely to increase with more immigration, which is likely to boost domestic demand. Feeling wonderful after watching the FY06 analysts presentation! - bwl health food range will soon be rebranded as "Avance"...another big name after "Dr's Secret"! Avance no longer available in retail market, current users have to buy though direct sell..more members!! - UberAir Ride selling like hot cake in MY and IND!! Another success story!! - focus to capture halal markets in MY and IND. - HK and Taiwan expected to growth strongly in FY07. VN become a KEY market...possible expansion in FY07! - China market by FY07. Australia market pending products registration. - Looking into region like Africa (wonder if I listen wrongly!!) Look like FY07 is going to another year of great growth and also building a strong foundations for the many years ahead!! |

wow, 116,000 shares have just been snapped up at one go 5 minutes before market interval just now. Price: 91.5 cts. Who was the buyer? Not likely it can be a retail investor. Then? It has to be an institutional buyer! That confirms my belief all along that Best World will be able to attract serious money when it continues to deliver solid results. Pay close attention to what happens in the afternoon. Hope to see some more action. To those who have bought earlier - last year, 2 years ago, etc - congratulations! I always knew this is one stock where the retail investor can be ahead of the fund manager. Update: PE ratio for stock is about 9X for this year based on forecast eps of 10.4 cts, which is 30% up. |

Based on my own anlalysis, I am predicting an eps growth of around 40% from FY06, which is easily achievable from its track records, and this translate to 10 cents for FY07, using a multiple of PEx12, the target price is $1.20 (FY07). With China, HK, Taiwan coming on board, I am sure FY07 eps target is easily achieveable and more surprises can be coming! Stay tuned! |

I enjoyed analyzing how fast BW's is building and expanding their networks in Taiwan...I think, very soon, Taiwan revenue will surpass Hongkong.
