Once you click a new page will appear which will show the queuing vol at each price.   Not all platforms have the same feature.   Some only show executed trades at each price.   From the sell queues, it is obvious that someone is trying to block the rise.   Also could possibly be some short sellers who want to seize the opportunity where they hope to squeeze money from.   So we will let the bigger man fight the big man.   We stay and watch.   Cheers.
