Yima profit for yr 05 $22m base on enersave share of 51% is $11.5mil

Huizhou plant can generate 6mil of profit(report base on 600 ton capacity, they recently increase the capacity to 800 ton, profit will be 33% higher if the plant is running on full cap and with increases in electricity changes approved in July 2006)

Amanda Ind Grp is US$4.9m net for year 2006 (profit guarantee by vendor). Enersave is in the progress to up it stake to 51%). Profit warranted to Enersave will be increases. Oil reserve (sour crude) know to / through Amada Ind Grp. The entry of WTO to Vietnam will allow more oil majors player will increases demand for oil & gas services may lead to more contract for Amada Ind Grp.

Pls note: does not include new contract awarding to Amanda Ind grp,  oso not included is profit increase due to rise in electricity charges & capacity in Huizhou WTE power plant from 600 ton to 800 ton. It  Enersave engineering subsidairy which construction/install equipments for power plants (estimated profit is about 2 mil).

It's keen on tie-ups with Chinese firms; needs govt support.

(BEIJING) Credit Suisse sees alternative energy and private banking as key opportunities as it pushes to broaden its range of services in China, Paul Calello, the Swiss banking group's regional chief executive, said yesterday.



One area is alternative energy, a primary focus of the Chinese govt in its latest 2006-2010, 5 year plan. Credit Suisse, which underwrote a New York listing for Suntech Power Holdings Co Ltd in 2005, hopes to help other Chinese firms to raise capital abroad and is already working on a number of biodiesel transactions, Mr Calello said.



In the medium term, renewable energy was likely to gain the kind of prominence enjoyed by the financial sector, the focus of the previous five-year plan, he said. Wealth management, which has caught the eye of many foreign banks as the number of Chinese companies mushrooms, was another area for expansion.

A different here btw convention fired power plant-coal, diesel, natural gas (LNG) and to wte, biomass which China Enersave is operating in.

1^st) Less subject to rise in raw material cost as compare to a coal fired power plant & bio diesel ethanol producing plant (px of commodities, corn, palm oil, potato and so on is up) as waste to biomass energy r available at almost no cost. (the govt also pay a fee for disposal of waste/biomass through burning which benefiting China Enersave.

2^nd) Power produce by wte biomass r environment friendly which are sold to national grid (no credit risk, the govt). The Chinese authority r  guarantor, the sales of electricity generate from environment friendly power plant where it's govern by law which pass last yr stating electricity generate by the environmental friendly power plants will be purchase by the govt at a stated price of 0.52 rmb/unit of electricity.

3^rd) By products from wte plants (bricks & fertilizers) can be sold off for additional income. Wte biomass plants will grow in important due to high oil and commodities prices.

4^th) Plants asset r a favour for foreign fund seeking asset in china be cos of it good cash flow & earning. The wte site in huizhou which enersave bot in 02-03 should have risen in value over last 3 yrs.

5th) Revaluation may increase d nav/share & px earning increases when they (DBSV?s) decide to do so.

Last but not least, environmental friendly power plants can earn carbon credits which can be sold as commodities in int?l commodities exch-s under the UN Kyoto protocol agreement.

A point to note: Enersave power plant help save earth, biz that grow w/you, good profit and at the same time help promote a good cause.
