Rather ask: If the fundamental of Hankore is better than Memstar, how come it is trading lower PE than Memstar? If HK fundamental as good as UtdEnv, how come valuation so low? Mr Market is discounting HK due to its past Biotricks days? Will such days last forever or the market will eventually realise the value of HK and the share price corrects itself? I don't know....but Mr Market will decide. Then pp may believe it has a good story. Then there wasn't JT which was acquired for EPC and the needed licenses and construction arm, no investor Alan Wang (Sarin, Perennial, Mapletree, Sino Grandness), no $300M MTN. Now HK has cash to expand. Have faith in your value judgment, if what Alan Wang and DBS would have seen to take up the placement and issue the MTN. You should be avle to make a profit.
