dont forget the oil and gas sector are not doing well so far this year...oil px is low and there is no catalyst to excite this sector hence there is a reason why the offer px is as such. | ||||

Result should be posted on the same day as closure date unless it is very close to 90%. At current price of $1.225, it is like betting $0.005 loss for $0.10 gain if we compared that to Jaya Holding, which the price rebound 20% after a NG on the low ball offer back in 2011 April. We will know soon. |

OZ sold their share in open market though, Ficantieri cannot acquire share outside of the mandatory cash offer on a selected basis.

Not sure what does mean by null price? He is not providing any further clarifications on this. Any advise? |

this stock is being jinxed by oz.. go buy from them if u wan and think that it will fly.. just my opinion.. this stock is screwed until we have a clear direction whether it will be privatised or not. |

Yesterday OZ has sold 5 million shares (out of 9 million trade done yesterday). That's why the share price plunged. It's more likely that they will sell all the shares higher than $1.22 and sell the remaining to ficantieri. Wednesday price will be most likely closed to $1.22.... | ||||

Go for long. Infact, the Dow is at all time high and market may go into corrections in the near term. When that happens, irrational panic takes place and it may go below 1.22 due to market force not because of fundamental. Important is to play with your own money and able to hold or take lost. Huat Ah ! |

iPunter is right. But those who wanted to get out at a much higher price than 1.22 (before the offer expire) has already done so. The remaining ones are betting against the GO succeeding and the upsides are huge, so why not?

Since I got out @130 and 1.31, I have not played this counter, though I have considered entering again @1.24. Lucikily I didn't, since it dropped to 1.235 yesterday. @Gorgeous: Why create so much unnecessary problems for oneself playing this counter, when there are so many other counters to bet on?
