Yeah... but henta kaki or keblakang pusing... in other words, either not moving or moving in the reverse direction heading south instead of north. Something amiss despite all the positive write ups. |

Hard to understand why this counter henta kaki? Cannot even break the psychological barrier of $0.30. I went in a long time ago at $0.285, now still under water. |

Today: United Fiber System (UFS) has won a building contract worth S$92 mln with Actbilt Pte Ltd for the development of Ardmore II condominium. The site is located at Ardmore Park/Anderson Road, consisting of 2 blocks of 36-storey residential flats, inclusive of its swimming pool, basement carparks and communal facilities. It will start mid next month and is expected to be complete by 2009. At the moment, the order book for UFS is S$276.6 mln. It also added that this contract will not impact its FY earnings. |
