 Alert Admin 		Downward bias...may be end of the day 58-60cts..was lucky to hve sold the bulk 66-67.5cts when I saw it failed to cross that level..now hold those Rowsley are actually cash from Rowley capital's gains...the rails to Nusajaya,the brand name of RSP architects..besides the Rowsley A shares to Vantage Bay and RSP architect there is a one year moratorium where such shares can't be sold,so Rowsley after ex-all will trade like Rowlsey A shares all lump under one..watch out for its warrants on 11 Oct

 Alert Admin 		If u sold before the xd, u wont get any warrants. If u want to get those warrants, u will have to hold till tomorrow (xd date).

 Alert Admin 		Anything is possible folks...........why were'nt you there when it was sub-45..........and now getting wild for no clear understanding of risks at this high price.......investment is about value not fixation........never believe in any forumer who has not been consistent in his/her speech.  The world has  already changed since June, but have you?  The reality is that  any Sultan in this world  are at the mercy of the world la, and of course PL's wealth and future would be at the mercy of Sultan if what he had promised cannot be delivered in due course!

An example was Roxy-Pacific 1 for 4 bonus issue,the cum bonus price was 70cts,after ex bonus theoretical ex price should be (70 x 4)/5=56cts but it remained at 63cts

 Alert Admin 		But looks like the BBs are pushing the price down to 0.6 before xd. Maybe they are getting back some fund first so that they can push after xd or issue of warrants on 11 Oct. It is difficult to determine their now.

 Alert Admin 		I'm holding a small amount which is still in green now. I'm just thinking if it will be worth holding for the warrants. I believe the price will go up until before EX. Whether the main share price will pick up after that, that's anyone's guess. If it does, then it's worth holding. What do all the seniors here think?

Those stuck above 0.65 like me, situation still salvageable lah. I'm planning to wait it out, boh bian, big lots. Do your own calculation at which price to unload. Its just an indeterminable waiting time and hinges on the price scaling upwards from 0.36 onwards. Doable lah. Stupid OCBC say  80c, highest peaked at 68 cents.  Still got room to move after ex.

All depends on  Towkay Lim's ability to rope in interest and investors.
