 Alert Admin 		Hi guys,

I need some clarifications here. I bought the stock last Friday. Will I be entitled to the warrants? 2 for 1. Which is 10 lots of rowsley. I will have 5 lots of rowsley? Sorry my first time encountered this situation. Need to have a clear view on this.

Hi leftover u get the info from the prospectus..anyway thks for the update..

 

P.L went in on Sept 26 to support Rowsley when it came down from 67cts..the bulk of his purchase was from 65.5-64cts about 5mil done thru his nominee co as reported in Bloomberg..surely he will want Rowsley to do well above the ex-price for RSP and Sultan/Vantage Bay

* i believe given the S$1.67b base valuation surplus (NPV of net profits) over the duration of the Vantage Bay project (as estimated by OIR), we should be looking at S$1.67b as a base market cap.so S$1.67billion divided by 4.63billion shares = 36 cents

Therefore, from OIR's paper, we can estimate that Rowlsey be worth a minimum of 36 cents.

** Also, the RTS/MRT location has yet to be announced and plot ratio is now 1:11, above the 1:10 valuation

 Alert Admin 		Those who bought> 60cts scary on paper it seems > $30000 loss fro every 100lot from 60plus cts to 33cts now but don't forget u get 2 warrants,besides normally mother shares will be pushed up a bit before warrants start trading..tghose sold to Sultan and RSP have no warrants so current price at 33cts only slightly doubled the priec of 15cts declared in Dec 2012..would the Sultan and RSP architects accept such low price in the long term..the brand name and profits will now be for Rowsley..turnaround via RTO

yes, warrants should be worth: Mother share - exercise price.  so to your example, 33 cents - 18 cents = 15 cents per warrant

simply put, for those who bought Rowsley @ Cum Bonus should reap the following: 33 cents + 15 cents + 15 cents = 63 cents

Thanks bro Starlene for your advice yesterday. I managed to sell all ytd @ 56cts. Althought profit is lesser but no loss. By the way, is it safe to re-enter Rowsley again @ 33cts now?

Downward bias...may be end of the day 58-60cts..was lucky to hve sold the bulk 66-67.5cts when I saw it failed to cross that level..now hold those Rowsley are actually cash from Rowley capital's gains...the rails to Nusajaya,the brand name of RSP architects..besides the Rowsley A shares to Vantage Bay and RSP architect there is a one year moratorium where such shares can't be sold,so Rowsley after ex-all will trade like Rowlsey A shares all lump under one..watch out for its warrants on 11 Oct

If u sold before the xd, u wont get any warrants. If u want to get those warrants, u will have to hold till tomorrow (xd date).

Rosy is  taking a beating today but so have most of the other top  trading counters over US budget concerns this week.

This is only the half way point for Miss Rosy, chin up folks.  Towkay Lim's  played it very conservatively so far, I take this as  the BB's saving their   ammo for  the firing up this coy further down the line.
