Although the correction was fast n severe  , it did not break the uptrend which is supported by 55MA . Exactly about a year ago on 25 Oct 2012 Ezion made public its intention to acquire YHM. Further details are disclosed subsequently that Ezion desire to not do a delisting of YHM however to make YHM an associate company. On 20th Feb 2013 Mr Chew Thiam Keng is appointed as Non Executive Chairman of YHM. 2nd April 2013 - Placement of $30,000,000 at a fix rate of 5% interest in capital securities with convertible option to 1,200,000,000 shares (price at $0.025 per conversion share) should the placee decide to convert 23 Sept 2013 - YHM secures a contract up to US$183m over a 3 yr period with 2 yr extendable option to provide a semi-submersible rig in the Andaman Sea. 30 Sept 2013 -  YHM secures a contract with a value in excess of  US$37m for 20 yrs to provide renewable energy services. 30 Sept 2013 - Proposed placement of up to 1,000,000,000 new warrants at $0.025 per warrant. 25 Oct 2013 - EGM passed for proposed diversification of business 15 Nov 2013 - EGM to vote for proposed change of name from YHM Group Limited to Charisma Energy Services Limited.   Extracts on the US$193m contract announcement on 23 Sept 2013: The Board of Directors of YHM Group Limited (the ?Company? or ?Group?) is pleased to announce that it has secured a contract with a value of up to approximately USD183 million over a 3-year period with an additional 2 year extendable option to provide a semisubmersible rig (?Semi?) to be used by a Southeast Asian based national oil company to support its oil and gas activities in the Andaman Sea (the ?Project?) The Company is in the process of forming a joint venture company to own the Semi. The Semi will be upgraded and refurbished and is expected to be deployed in the Andaman Sea between end 2013 and early 2014. Further details of the joint venture company will be announced upon the finalization of the joint venture company. The Project will be funded through internal resources as well as bank borrowings. The Project may have a positive contribution to the Group?s consolidated revenue for the financial year ending 31st December 2013. Extracts on the US$37m contract announcement on 30 Sept 2013:The Board of Directors of YHM Group Limited (the ?Company? or ?Group?) is pleased to announce that it has secured a contract with a value of more than of US$37 million over a 20 year period to lease a set of hydro-electric power generation equipment for power supply to a national utility board in South Asia. The Company expects the lease to commence after the commissioning of the power plant which is expected to be before end 2013. The Company has sought shareholders? approval in entering into offshore and on-shore oil and gas and marine related businesses on 27 Nov 2012. The Company?s entry into this transaction allows it to diversify its earnings stream through a stable operating model, and would allow the Company to establish a foothold in the energy services business segment. This transaction will not change the risk profile of the Company. The transaction will be funded through, amongst others, internal resources, a fund raising exercise to be announced subsequently and bank borrowings. The transaction is not expected to have any material impact on the Group?s earnings per share and net tangible asset per share for the financial year ending 31st December 2013.
