why px shoot up fast? i thk the buy and sell vol is very low...when i bought , the sell vol was some 20 lots. if i am not wrong...thus the px shoot up fast. something interesting abt this counter, i thk got to be alert, take profit as u go, dont be greedy.\ ppl say up fast , down even faster....but this counter is ok(fundamental wise) go up in an escalator, come down in an elevator...take extra care.. buy some counter that have yet to cheong...like Armstrong...how abt Qianhu..pls DYODD. sold some today also like StraitAsia...cannot hold not because it is lousy, but i thk this one look tired..move the $ and put them to some pennies for multi bagger gain. Make full use of this rd of rally to make $$$...it may be a long time before we see this again...gd luck,

yesterday news, how crap it is.... ridiculous. The Board of Directors of KS Energy Services Limited (“KSE” or “Company”) regrets to announce the loss of its jack-up liftboat Titan-1 en-route from Pascagoula (Miss, USA) to Liverpool (UK), loaded aboard the semi submersible heavy lift vessel ‘M/V Ancora’. The Titan-1 is fully insured by the Company’s insurance group and KSE does not expect any material impact on the financial results of the Company for the financial year ending December 31, 2008. The Titan-1 was in process of being mobilized to the North Sea to execute a 817 days’s contract for a major Operator for installation, servicing and maintenance work of wind turbines, offshore Denmark and the UK. KSE, through its wholly-owned subsidiary Atlantic Oilfield Services, are in discussions with the Operator to substitute the Titan-1 with another identical sister-ship for the execution of the contract. During the night from October 26 to 27, 2008, the heavylift vessel ‘M/V Ancora’ encountered main engine problems in the middle of the Atlantic Ocean. As a consequence of the vessel’s rolling and tilting motion, the Titan-1 shifted to portside, capsized and was

I find this logic quite amusing. Because the rights was priced higher than current market price - therefore this counter "owes" it to the market to rise above $1.60. So the underwriters are going to sacrifice tons of money to push up this counter in a BEAR market - so that retail investors "MIGHT" buy the rights and can then sell it immediately into a bear market. By the same logic any company that wants to ensure a higher price for its stock simply needs to issue an OVERPRICED rights offer and bingo - share price WILL go up.

I think you should long this share. It looks cheap at 1.4+, when the rights is at $1.6, guess who is going to convert the rights??? I might as well buy it from the mkt at a discount at $1.42. So the under writers is in trouble, if no body converts, they would have to absorb all the rights issue. So?????? what do you think would happen?
