The phone number is listed on the website above. You will need to get them to send you the exercise notice form. Give them your address, and they will mail it to you accordingly. Step 3: Apply for a cashier's order from your bank. The amount on the cashier's order is equal to the value of the warrants to be converted. Cashier's orders can be ordered using internet-banking for free. I went with DBS. However, the cashier's order from internet banking can only be collected at a few branches. Do check out with branches are available before applying.  A $5 surcharge is chargeable if it is applied at the bank itself and not through internet banking. Step 4: Fill up the exercise notice form when you receive it, which will include your name, address, securities account number, and the number of warrants to be converted. Step 5: Prepare an envelope, and put your completed exercise notice form, together with your cashier's order into the envelope. Although it is mentioned in the CDP website that your latest account statement is needed, in actual fact, it is not. You do not need to send it to the warrant agent. However, this is my information from calling up the warrant agent for Saizen Reit. It would be prudent to confirm with your warrant agent. Do i sell or exchange to mother share? 2) Do i call my broker and what do i tell him? Any info to inform him that i can exercise my warrants. x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Yea. That is true unless you are quite certain that the mother share price will continue to go up and u wanna reserve the warrants to exercise it at 0.10. It actually applies to my entitled warrants as well. Why would I exercise it if the current price is less than 0.10.  I understand your concern. If I were you, it all applies to whether u are confident that the company will do well in the future then consider buying the warrants. Another concern would be that if one do not have sufficient cash to buy the mother shares, an individual might consider to purchase the warrants first and exercise it later when there is excess cash to invest.   k2kingkong      ( Date: 23-Sep-2013 13:25) Posted: Hi James, I am thinking it is cheaper now to buy the mother share at 9.3 or 9.4 cents. It is risker to buy warrants unless the mother share price keeps going up.  At 9.3 cents (below exercise price),  why would anyone want to pay 2.8 cents for one warrant unless the share is going above 12.8 cents.

For my case, since I'm already holding some of the mother shares, I'm entitled 1 warrant for every 2 shares without charges. I'm not intending to invest more money to purchase more warrants, however, I might consider exercising my entitled warrants at 0.10 in the future (since I have 5 years to observe if it is worthwhile to exercise it). Thus, it will be practical to exercise it if the mother share price appreciates to > 0.10 so that there will be a profit. On the other hand, if one chooses not to exercise it, the individual can always sell off the warrant like ordinary stock at its current trading price i.e. currently each warrant is worth 0.028 and 10000 will be equivalent to $280 if you sell off thru the open market. Thus, if now I have chosen to sell off the warrant, I'll get a few hundred bucks kinda like a small incentive.
