Building an 8 story high psudo land carrier at PB for aircraft landing and taking off could be a good defence stredegy,  another runway beside Yio Chu Kang Rd.  Lagi best, add dock yard for sub and other vessels. If got oil field around that areas, hoe shei leow oho. SPC must take action now leow.
