It is going to cross the limit for takeover. Substantial shareholder, Fraser and Neave Ltd increased its stake in Fung Choi Media Group from 27.48% to 29.48% through agreement with White Hoise Industrial Ltd to purchase 14,502,800 shares. |

I wonder why people just guessed about the movement on this stock ! When I was in Nanjing last year, their printing poster is all over the skyscrapper. Full big poster for their client. their company is expanding. Is it they expand or acquired of other company ! I think only because if you go China, you will see their product everywhere stated printed by FungChoi (in Chinese) ! Good Company ! |

I don't use moving averages because they are lagging indicators. I have found Accumulation/Distribution and Chaikin to be leading indicators. |

F&N has spent $12.07 mln to raise its stake in Fung Choi to 27.48%from 25%. It said it bought 18 mln additional Fung Choi shares in the open market. |

No, I think they (the directors of this company FreXX where Fung Choi acquired their comapny) already bought in or been pay this share 0.652c of 2millions plus share as average, thus their holding price of purchase is 0.652 (ordinary share). This is to show market confident that the directors from this company they buy or acquisation is holding the Fung Choi share with confident. But now seems everyone is taking profit, I might want to let go at 0.625 as I bought at 0.58 (20 lots), already profit for me ! What do you think ? |

I saw the Fredo group of people (directors) paying for around 0.652 average and their shares is converted to ordinary Fung Choi shares now and approved. Thus I set my target to get out at 0.65 ! |

Hi, As I told all that this is a very strong client base in China, thus for the last whole week the share with CD, is down to 0.54, is a good chance to enter. I prepared to take profit at 0.65 today ! Wish me luck that it hit my target ! Good Luck. |
