Jackjames, If you own the shares when it was CR, you own the rights to subscribe for NCPS. Fibrechem subsequently applied to SGX for shareholders (like me) who do not wish to subscribe for NCPS to sell our right in the open market. The right was easily calculated since every 4 ordinary shares give rise to 1 NCPS. What you did was subscribing for NCPS. So now you are the owner of preference shares, and not rights. You should go read up on the DBS report. Hope this helps! =) |

boonhow65, care to explain more? as i received the orange application for rights application, and i just apply the rights through ATM last week, as the expiry date for application is last week, how to sell the rights without knowing the rights given is confirmed? or we can actually sell without the confirmation letter? NCPS is ? how does the rights 0.50 convert to ordinary shares ? any dates? |

Jackjames, The opportunity to sell the rights is over. I sold mine about 2 weeks ago. By now, you would have to exercise your option to buy the NCPS, if not it will expire worthless. Do note that the NCPS minimum holding period is 18 months, convertible to ordinary shares at the discretion of the company. |

I wonder if Fibrechem will lose steam, or continue to choing up given the rumors on influx of China fund. Any TA expert can comment on the indicators? The way I see it, there's seem to be no major resistance except the previous high of 1.77 |

Huat ar ! Huat ar ! Anyone received their right application approval? I am entitled for 2250 shares, but, I apply more... but I have not received the confirmation yet.. that's why cannot sell our $0.50 cents share, ha ha.. looking at the value of fiberchem now, say 1.58 per share.... (1.58 - 0.50 ) x 1000 = SGD 1080 gain for 1 lot, ha ha.... good money gentleman.. |
