ahxing, as CDP already credit to shareholder account new shares, you should have 2800 plus 13500 plus 33500 = 49800 share. |

I just checked with my CDP statement. I have total of 297 lots. Originally, I have 210 lots. I applied for my entitlement of 64 lots plus excess of 36 lots. I am only granted 23 lots of the excess applied. So it all tallied up to 297 lots. No mistake. |

Further to the announcements made by China Enersave Limited (the ?Company?) on 19 November 2007 in relation to the Rights Issue, the Board of Directors of the Company is pleased to announce that the Company has allotted and issued 415,435,710 Rights Shares pursuant to the Rights Issue. The 415,435,710 Rights Shares will be listed and quoted on the Official List of the SGXST and trading of the Rights Shares will commence with effect from 9.00 a.m. on 26 November 2007. In the case of Entitled Depositors with valid acceptances and successful applications for Excess Rights Shares, CDP will, on or about 23 November 2007, credit the relevant Securities Accounts of the Entitled Depositors with the number of Rights Shares that have been allotted to them. CDP will also send a notification letter to the Entitled Depositors by ordinary post, at their own risk, to their respective mailing addresses in Singapore as maintained by CDP, stating the number of Rights Shares that have been allotted to their respective Securities Accounts.
In the case of Entitled Scripholders with valid acceptances and successful applications of Excess Rights Shares, share certificate(s) representing such number of Rights Shares will be sent by ordinary post, at their own risk, to their respective mailing addresses in Singapore as maintained with the Share Registrar within 10 Market Days of the Closing Date. |

Excess Right 2800 will be back into my mother lot. Hmm.. then the 13500 entilted right will oso go back to my mother lot? Or the Cenesave R is no value liao? Hmm... first time encounter this.. abit confuse. Dont mind explaining more.. Tian di thank for ur patient. |

ahxing, the Rights Trading Period was over, this Rights had Zero value now, you cannot do anything about it, CDP will remove it soon from your security account. Very soon you new shares from your exercising of Rights and application of Excess Rights will be credited into your account, I think it will be around this Friday or next Monday. |

ahxing, when you were the entitled shareholder, you are given free or nil-paid Rights in your CDP account so that you can trade on the Rights Trading Period of total 7 days (From 31 Oct 2007 To 9 Nov 2007). If this number Cenesave R =13400 was there just before 31 Oct, then I would be very sure that was your entitlement , as this is 2 for 5 Rights, that means you were holding 33500 shares on or before the Books Closing Date (26 Oct). Did you know what was the numbers of Cenesave R in your CDP account on or around 31 oct? |

Are you very sure you got alloted 23,000 excess shares? Seems highly unlikely judging from what others got....Better check with your CDP statements. |

Jean_ng you may read the document on Application for Excess Rights Shares, it has a statement that read something like below: "the Excess Rights Shares available will be allocated in such manner as the Directors may, in their absolute discretion, deem fit in the interests of the company. CDP takes no responsibility for any decision that the Directors may take....... The Company reserves the right to refuse any application for Excess Rights Shares, in whole or in part, without addigning any reason whatsoever therefor.." |
