FYI Otto Marine enters into sale and leaseback deal worth US$170 million for 2x VS491 21,000bhp Large Offshore Support Vessel Sale of the two VS491 21,000bhp AHTS (“Anchor Handling Tug Supply vessels”) at US$170 million allows Otto Marine to significantly improve its cash flow and reduce its gearing ratio This strengthening of balance sheet directive is in addition to the current Rights Issue exercise The DP2, DNV classed, Norwegian-designed 21,000bhp AHTS are under construction in Otto Marine’s shipyard in Batam and are expected to be completed in August and October 2013 respectively Vessels will be chartered by Otto Marine for a period of 8 years
