It is not considered realized so long the foreign currencies are not physically converted into or exchanged for the functional currencies of the businesses.

Less in USD than out USD n u see an exchange loss.   News on taper speculation can also force the price to go lower.   Which is the low, nobody knows.   Will it go up, answer is maybe. The healthy growth in revenue also translated into a solid 13% increase in net profit to US$13.9 million, despite the current challenging coal price environment.   *No profit warning and Got increase in both revenue and net profit already very good liao. Far better than those keep losing $$$ rubbish company :)
