You are right in the calculation. Price drop for most counter today is because of possible US shutdown. These are American way of playing wayang. Has it ever close before? It is not likely and always will be ok in last minute.

The Sales @ 0.076 that took place last week was after bonus issue. So cannot compared to the March 13 sales price. The price of $0.076 is around $0.104 before " dilution" .

Reported by Lim & Tan Securities, dtd 30th Sep 2013 -- The Deputy Chairman and Executive Director of Ntegrator International Han Meng Siew sold 2 million share at 7.6 cents, reducing his stake in the company to 33.391mln shares or 4.52% of the company. Han MS?s share sale is notable as he last sold 3.44mln shares at 12.1 cents in Mar?13 and his latest share sale was done at 7.6 cents, significantly lower than his last sale. |

Ntegrator is a key beneficiary of extensive IT development in emerging markets such as Myanmar and Vietnam. ■ Emerging markets present great opportunities and much higher margins than saturated markets like Singapore. However, it is not without risks. Political and economic uncertainties aside, receivable days are particularly long. Infrastructure providers are also prone to project delays, which could adversely impact operating performance. ■ The long term prospects for Ntegrator is positive. However, our opinion is that as long as it is unclear as to how the company will perform in the near term, especially after sinking into the red not long after IPO, stock price performance could be capped despite undemanding valuations of 4.0x FY06 earnings. Initiate coverage with HOLD rating and target price of S$0.17.
