x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Jade's takeover is very fishy. Only a one page offer. Never seen takeover offer so brief and fishy. OCBC adviser??? Need to borrow a bank's name to have more credibility. Antony Soh brought in the deals to Jade to share with all the rest of the shareholders. Now he wants to spend over $100m privatise jade. What kind of bird deal maker will do such things? If Im Antony Soh i will use my own private company if the coal servicing deal and oil refinery deal is so fantastic. FYI Jade is doing the coal mining servicing only. That means they are doing the sub-contractor job. No experience in coal mining and need to buy mining machineries which can be very costly. The coal mine is owned by another party . This counter is highly manipulated. Look at the buy queue: Almost 400,000 lots queue to buy and a few thousand lots queue to sell. It gives an illusion that a lot of buyers want to buy. When this whole deal don't go thru, see the share price collapse again. The zhengkay will control the timing of when the deal will collapse. The zhengkays behind Jade must be quietly selling of Jade now. When they finish selling off most of their Jade shares, the takeover deal will then collapse and share price drop below 10cts again. Jade is one big kelong company not worth more than 3cts eventually.

Started so many threads on biosensors just to scare forumers so can cover back their short positions cheaper: 1. This is a very important tips. 2. Biosensor - It a joke that this counter ........ 3. Only counter you are safe to short is 4. My broker told me Biosensor loss money for pass few years. 5. I keeping saying selling Biosensor, why u all dun listen? 6. Biosensor - time to sell. Will drop to 60 cents soon. 7. Target Prices This Week For .... 8. My target price prediction today. 9. My broker tell me, I tell you, you dun tell anybody. 10. Biosensor : Read this news. Good or Bad?? 11. Biosensor - Better sell before announcement of result. 12. Biosensor is sleeping now. Where got 60cts? Now almost 90cts liao. Duno which stupid forumer really listened the above advice and sold off BIG at 73.5cts (lowest transacted in recent weeks). I will just sit and wait for takeover to happen. One year, two year wait is not a problem to me.

Just let them know the facts and maybe figure is enough. Let them judge themselves ok? However.... i think B.I.G will to be uptrend again.... i mean a rally to 1.1 in the near future (may be one week later? ) I ahve been waiting for two weeks for it to happen but still hovering at .83 to .89.
