Good evening elizlow. Poor performance is due to delays in customer orders and higher operating costs associated with increased staffing levels. DBSV has downgraded its tp from $0.56 to $0.31.
They continue to remain conservative in FY07F, revising top-line and earnings downwards by 37% and 46% respectively. While order delays from FY06F are expected to be awarded in FY07F, visibility for new orders remains weak, hence their conservative stance. In addition, net margins are expected to continue contracting on the back of increased technical staffing costs.
The price has fell a lot, so maybe not much downside left. |

i was like thinkin of buying somemore to lower my loses... but worried dat the more lots i have the low it goes!!! but lookin at the company profile, it looks dat it will do well in the future with their biofuel... they r opening up a plant in china in 2008... anyone still vesting in more lots? |

This stock is not lossing money but kana sell down for months .Year end result on 23.02.07 .Hopefully it will behave like LMA after the announcement. |

Hi everyone, Any comments on this stock? Very up sad after the news of new contract, yet the stock still drop. This Fidelity fund or what fund keep selling out and now ease to be one of the substantial shareholder. I just wonder, should cut lost or still track water in this pool ! Good Luck. |

Just hold on to the stock if you can. I think the stock is moving north in few day times if oil price goes up. |
