GLP IPO px. is $1.96 MIT IPO px. is $0.93 In term of profit, MIT give a much more return. MIT IPO px. $0.93 give you a dividend yield of abt 7.6-8 %. You bought at $1.18, you have to do your calculationon the yield.

GLP had a full day of consolidation at 2.15/2.16 b4 they pushed the price up another 6% on the 2nd day.. but mapletree opened at 2pm yesterdae and there were more retailers snatching up the lots than selling to BBs who are accumulating.. if BBs doesnt have enough to feed themself.. why would they push? just hold on.. and wait patiently for those with holding power :) anyway this is just my 2cts worth of opinion.. | ||||

It is bcos the first day! the price up by like 25% liao~ Whereas GLP only rise like 10%. The of increase is more for GLP. The starting price of MIT too high liao!~ BUt is hold for long term still OK ba! | ||||

bought 1.17 yesterday.. zzz not fast enough to sell at 1.19. so now stuck! sold off biosensors to trade this. i doubt MIT will be able to go back to yesterday price. | ||||

all i see is.. some1 selling at 1.3 in small amounts of 200-300 lot whenever the queue fills up.. might be accumulating.. and might be tricking pple to come in b4 they selldown a whole big lump.. trade with cautions .. | ||||
