The process plant and global distribution net work are not build in one night. So they propose 51% to 49% JV and free access to the process plant which is unfair to Pacific andes. Let's see how it go, at the end, it may win win situation for Pacific Andes totally control 100% of Pallock with the JV with Russian company, who knows?
