Just because it raise funds to strengthen its finance for project anticipations and execution ?  Makes no logic for holders to sell so low unless they got it at very low like 70+ cents at one stage just less then 2 months back ? Hope it gets stronger back tomorrow.  It could be majority holder sold for others reason like Ezra sold Ezion's 60 million shares in open market that cause Ezion to go down quite a bit .. to low of 83 cents before it recovers quite abit ..on continuous days then got punctured.

By 9:05 a.m., shares of Ezra were 7.4% lower at $1.12 with a volume of over 80.4 million shares, making it the most actively traded stock on the Singapore exchange by value. Ezra said it has raised gross proceeds of $121 million by placing 110 million new shares at $1.10 each.

It was snapped up very quickly. It shows the market's faith in its potential.  Nearly 2 BIILLON project book value - USD. :)
