 Alert Admin 		Hmm.. A way to increase analyst coverage would actually have been to top the actives table with a price spike. Then analysts will typically laud the turnaround status of the company. Guess our BB has other plans.

 Alert Admin 		The covenants in the MTN recently issued specified explicitly that no dividends are to be declared for the duration of the debt. The results, while not spectacular, ticks a number of boxes. For instance, HK is now rid of the earnings volatility that resulted in it having positive earnings one year and negative the next. With this new found earnings stability, investors and analysts will be drawn to this stock.

Hankore really timed its release only after CMZ.... Will have to see how analyst will cover this stock given its 2nd year of returning to profit with higher revenue yoy. It may be a bit overstretched though reasonable to claim a 199% increase in net profit 'under normal operating activities' if one were to remove the exceptional items including previous year of significantly higher reversal of impairment (RMB52.4m), current year professional fees for capital market activities (RMB6.2m) and accrued RMB4.85m for employee bonus. I felt while the writeback of impairment may be once off, the other 2 are normal business activities that may be repeatable yoy. The increase in profit 'under normal operating activities' will have been 163% instead of 199.3%. Still a respectable turnaround story. Strictly from accounting terms, the profit actually dropped from RMB102.643m to RMB99.465m. Since stock prices reflect the future rather than the past or even current, the many positive developments at the various plants with higher tariff rate will start revealing at Q1 '14 result.

 Alert Admin 		CMZ just released another year of record profit. Wonder how the market will react tomorrow if they still have trust in the figures. I'm sure there will be some rush to cover back tomorrow. If so, Hankore will probably ride the wave and if Hankore releases positive news, it may just spark a mini rally :)
