STI to cross 3000 boosted by long-term investors

dow down last nite 3.29%, hung seng 2.78% and sti 5.9% , its crazy and shanghai is up now at 0.18%.... thing will change once euro open later, follow by dow tonite.....bet small on call warrant... as they are down more than 40%...with possible quick profit...in a panic market |

for long term investment, u can wait, Hang Seng still dropping... 610 points down... it can trigger US to further down... no worries, the worst is not over yet, we still can wait and shoot later. |

YES, YOU ARE RIGHT BUT THE MARKET IS ALWAYS THERE, i got put warrant on sti and sold off today with more than 100% gain and now move into call sti 3150 at 0.285 as i see china has stop going down for now... hope to short it |

Very sharp indeed. Those points made by m2d4pc and happyseah are also very real risk as the mkt starts to realign those leverage players. Reckon it is going to be very voliatile for coming days. The other unknown is that this sharp correction is global - so not sure how int'l hedge fund mgrs will realign their hot money. Should consider cutting losses or take less profit especially those non-blue-chips counters and retain spare resources to take on the mkt another day. Have just closed up my china counters with losses. Good luck everyone and Cheers ... |

IT'S A VERY sharp correction , it's good to regroup your counter now, move from out from slow moving stock and add more deep blue as when recover it's always fast and quick... |

Today and yesterday big drop will see contras and forces selling all week long, plus margin call by banks will come next week, plus next two weeks too since Monday and Tue has huge vols. What looks cheap now for these stocks will potentially look even cheaper in next few weeks. recovery will only come July 2007. The ones with deep pockets are the ones buying from all these people come the month April 2007. |
