Done some reading on convertible bonds. There is something call delta hedging, meaning people short share and long convertible bonds to reduce risk and enjoy share upside. This should cause massive selling like we saw, but the selling should not touch the floor price because delta hedging will become meaningless. I hope this is the reason, so massive sell will stop at 70c.

when it fall to 71cts range, im just looking for some quick money and go in.. and when earn i just take.. dun want to hold a position that i dun intend to hold for long over the wkend..

1. SoundGlobal has a strong support level at $0.71, but also a downtrend resistance of $0.79.

2. It's MACD lines are flat. No idea where it's heading in the near future.

3. Stochastic was heading up, but now there is sign of slowing down and possible reversal. Whether it's heading up or down, still don't know.

4. Although there is huge transaction today, but there is a sudden dip in OBV, showing sudden fall in supporter.

5. Just announced a proposal to issue RMB 885m Bond. Not really a good thing.

Too much mixed signals and uncertainty.

You spent so much time monitoring this counter and then you paid a risk to buy. I can't believe that you can let go so easily like that with only $200+

U can never know when the next big fish will come. Important thing here is that you already have quite a good one now. So long as u have the skill, u will have good catch every now and then.

So just enjoy your (expensive) Buffet tomorrow.
