GA so weak now , no energy to cheong even cpo up a lot. if cpo drop a bit ,sure GA will drop a lot. you will vomit blood if holding this share . |

Nice picture. With DOW three digit rally, I am expecting a breakout today. Last night good earning reports, and decent CPI nos; reports that US home sales slump may have bottomed out will provide some degree of assurance to investors regarding the US economy. Volatility over the next week or so is expected depending on results of those big corporations. Looking forward to a good day today.

As can be seen in this picture that today's highest price is already at tomorrow's breakout point. With another line drawn for these 3 days including today, if tomorrow is another uptrend day, then breakout will be.. | ||||

Dow closing up triple digit tonight will give golden agri the stimulus it needs for a breakout tomorrow. Although the near term fundamental support for palm oil is there because of increased demand aggravated by a shortage in supply; the sustainability of its price in the moderate to long term will depend on continued worldwide demand. This will obviously be dependent on the the health of the world economy in general which to a large extend will be dependent on whether the US goes into a long and deep recession. The US stock market is an forward indicator of the health of the US economy in 6 months time. | ||||

Thanks for the info. Looking at the chart and given the strong fundamentals underpinning palm oil counters at the moment I am inclined to think that the breakout on the upside is imminent.

Sorry. Out whole afternoon. No access to internet. Not to worry. BB watching CPO prices very carefully. CPO prices opened negative and ended up flat. Technically, golden agri, indo agri, wilmar and fr still on upward divergence. I expect breakout to be imminent, hopefully by the end of the week. Be patient. Do not rush to buy when there is a big buy up unless you are prepared to hold. Buy at support levels to be safe. Watch fundamentals all the time. Buy when there is fear and sell when ther is greed.

As far as crude oil remains high, this burger will not slip unless there is adversed problems shouldered over it. Mine is 9.05, still under controlled, no tension. | ||||
