I sick and tired of contel already actually. Planning to put my eggs into WE now.    WE news is rather good from what I see. As long as contract not signed, its not firm. Thats what I can say but WE can trade at 20c so I believe there's some foundation already. Maybe sell electronics into myanmar.   I'm not vested in WE yet. But I'll be soon. However, some brokers allow their bigger clients up to seven days to sell, with the seventh day force selling.
