" Proposed Share Consolidation. The Company will, in connection with the Proposed

Shares and Options Exchange, propose the consolidation of every five (5) Shares into one

(1) Consolidated Share (or such other ratio as the Company and YuuZoo may agree in

writing), to take effect on or before Completion. The Consideration Shares, Additional

Consideration Shares and Adjusted Additional Consideration Shares to be issued shall be

allotted and issued after the Proposed Share Consolidation has been effected.

 

Consideration. Based on the existing issued and paid-up shares in the capital of the

Company as of the date of the Share and Option Exchange Agreement and taking into

account the Proposed Share Consolidation, the aggregate consideration payable by the

Company for the YuuZoo Shares and YuuZoo Options is approximately S$582,332,849.50

(“Consideration”), which will be satisfied by the allotment and issuance of up to

1,164,665,699 (or such other number of) Consideration Shares by the Company on the

basis of S$0.50 per Consolidated Share, representing 85%(1) of the Enlarged Share

Capital of the Company on Completion.  "

 

Does that mean that if i have 100 lots of contel, that means it will become 20 lots, at a price of $0.50 per share? when will it trade at $0.50? so base on $0.50 per consolidated share, i suppose that means the price now for contel before consolidation of shares will be at least 10cents?
