x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	There's no freebie, if there was freebies, it would result in an increase in shares after consolidation. Para 1.1 and 1.2 is illustrating the same thing. That each person will receive 1 consolidated share for every 10 shares they currently hold.

x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	I will join you leeeta though like you said, if market does not like it I am going to reduce my holdings till a nominal stake. Honestly, never seen any successful consolidation before where the share price did not tank. Most consolidations by other companies manages to push through because shareholders were given loads of freebies like free rights or warrants or even cash dividends which helped push up the price pre-consolidation. David did not even offer that. Hopefully Alan Wang comes in and gives David a good verbal lesson or see his 500 million stake decrease in value. Hankore's price was very well-supported during the penny stock saga and only started to break the 7.2cts floor recently when the three amigos were already recovering. The market must have known of this exercise. Yesterday was an example..i noticed a lack of buying power and the only reason I see why the share price did not stop further was a lack of determined sellers. Really hope David knows what he is doing. He seems to be receiving some really bad advice at the moment.

There are major investors who wants to enter China's water industry. So let's see how Mr Market vote in the next few weeks. :)

The scenario is that if he has backing then share price will hold and appreciate.. Let see what the mkt says. If HK result is good and prospect is fantastic..then a share consolidation followed by a share spilt may be a good option.
