Ai CHIONG LIOW ARH!!! TP 0.43 from DMG  Oceanus announced revised indicative timeline for the second TDR Programme (SGXnet) The news: Oceanus has submitted its application to the Taiwan Financial Supervisory Commission, Executive Yuan, Securities and Futures Bureau (SFB) on 14 July 2010 and has received some queries from SFB on 23 July 2010. The Company is currently attending to the queries. Assuming approval from SFB is obtained on 4 August 2010, the TDRs could be listed on 31 Aug 2010. Our thoughts: The first tranche of TDRs, already listed on TaiEx, continue to trade at premium to the ordinary shares listed on SGX. This suggests the Taiwan-based investors still view Oceanus favourably. On Friday, the stock closed at NT12.85 (~S$0.549), 80% higher than the SGX-listed ordinary shares closing price of S$0.305. We remain optimistic with the long-term outlook of Oceanus which is likely to see its first strong operating cash flow in 2012. Maintain BUY with TP of S$0.43. |

I don't really base my forecast on charts, but on FAs. But if based on charts,it is due to cheong, yes. Reasons: A. Bollinger Bands narrowing and trend reversal will mean upwards. B. Price starting to move above the short term moving average, giving a small signal for the brave. If you don't go in you can go in at 33 ct or 35 ct next week or so, a small miss. No problem. C.Good news are so far discounted owing to less favourable market conditions in the past months. If taken into consideration once more, renew confidence can set in. D. Company TDRs approved waiting for one more approval, then money flow comes in as more ex-holders receive their TDR money and buy back the shares cheaper. E. Many other bullish reasons e.g. new lobster jointventure, and other prospects. This one you must be patient for it to move up. DYODD.

The 2nd TDR program has been approved by Taiwan stock exchange. After this second one has been listed, I hope a third TDR or better ADR program will be contemplated. Thank you, to the CEO for his vision on giving values to shareholders. At least global investors have a chance to become a shareholder of a supplier of the item for an exquisite cuisine!! Cheers. |
