I'm not professional in trading market. However, based on my justification by comparing Midas and Sound Global listing in SEHK. Midas offered price was 1.03 which is PE 24.4 with EPS 0.04212 and Market Capital 993 mil. If I'm not wrong Sound Global offered price should not far lesser than Midas because Sound Global PE is just 16.9 which share price is 0.83 and the capital of Sound Global is 1064 mil which higher than Midas. I was wonderring how SEHK is justified the listing share price someone know about it? |

u just look at midas and soundglobal's previous announcements on the approvals for listing, it came either on monday morning or afternoon. seems not the case today morning, let's hope for some news in the afternoon.

Can they really make it to list on 30 sept 2010, still left four days and seems no news from hk? Maybe because they listed by introduction, meant they did not launch ipo like in june which intend to list it at HK$5.60. Will it be better to list hkse using this method? no dilution and maybe better as some shares had been transfer to hk to trade from singapore. Next, will you sell lower price in hkse after all the transfer, i doubt so. Next, will MS buy share from us to sell in HK if there is a price different? to what percent different then they will start to buy....10% or 20%?? anyone care to advise. thanks | ||||

If it can stay above price of 0.785 to 0.8, can accumulate again for another uptrend wave and confirmation of next week's candlesticks and volume will definitely make the stock more visible if can load in for more profit. Let's see. Star-Trader |

92.4 cents presume is the price set for taking up the shares for the Bonds/Notes issuing condition. Hope it will test 84.5 cents and rise above to reach 90 cents. |

If the share price around this price until next week before announcement I believe the listing price at SEHK could be same also. If not the BBs are waiting contra player to sell off the shares? |
