This counter was once the gems which many analysts had given very high recommendation with TP >90 cents to $1. Ever since China started to curb the property market with the introduction and tightening of the policies, together with the PIGS issue in Europe, it continues to slide gradually over time. Initially I have this in my radar screen until recently. Now with the bad financial result and I see no potential for this counter to rise beyond it current price in the short to medium term. I have now kept this in the cold storage.  |

Hi yummygd, This is just my 2 cents worth of opinion. I neither own, short or plan to buy this counter in the near future. I've no intention to create any panic nor I think I can create a panic here. I analyze this counter because there has been a lot of talk on it and I want to find out how this company is doing. As for the director holdings, if you are to go back 2 years of so, you will find some directors are slowly reducing their shareholdings from above 60% to currently around 37%. This could be a small issue, I just like to see directors holding or buying more shares rather than selling them. My postings are just my personal views only. Please don't take them as a Buy or Sell signal.

Trading does not mean one needs to be kissing the pc screen the whole day... How people just have all the wrong ideas! Buy and sell once a month, or once every three months, is also trading. On shorting, one should never, never do any shorting until, and only until, one has mastered longing. It is just like in bowling... thus: If a person does not even know how to accomplish a strike, wouldn't it be silly for him/her to attempt a difficult split spare? But if he/she is adept at producing strikes, then the ability to finish the spare comes naturally ie. without additional thought...  |

haha i did shorting that one time for fun as i say i am a long time investor haha dun do trading like u all cause take up too much time n must be fast n can take e up down of market. for me i am prepare to invest n hold for at least 3 years. shorting not for me dun have the attention span to stare at screen

I am not a sifu... and never will be one... :) There are so many meaty, juicy-dripping rallies along the way... But again, I am calling on you to stop shorting... Simply because if you have not yet mastered longing itself, you must not start the shorting game... |

ey...wrong posting of counter is it??Company has explain why they have a revenue decrease. n directors(I just check sgx ) none reduce their holdings lei.So i think either u shorted n is creating panic (which i doubt since i dun think u r like that) Or u r misinformed or SGX did not update the change of directors holding n u have insider news haha. If its really option three den thanks for the tip.

These are warning signs to me. QoQ Company's Revenue Decrease 61% Make a Loss of $2.8m Cash Increase 300%. Where the cash come from? Directors slowly Reducing their Stakes in the company. |

they did report loss though due to admin cost n sponsering of an event at san ya wan if i am not wrong. if i remember correctly its like 13 mil ren min bi loss. (anyway check the report of poems if u r using them) but all in all if never sponser i think they can break even or less loss. | ||||

Ying Li 1st Quarter Result is out in www.sgx.com. Check it out..... Sales Revenue down by 97.8% reference to 1Q 2009 Total Revenue down by 58.3% reference to 1Q 2009 It's counter may react to the result ...... if it is not being response earlier. |
