Well, I did accumulate some at between 1.99 - 1.89 for long term holding. Consider the ongoing market consolidation which may turn out to be a correction and its 3Q11 results, I now set my sight for more on 1.83(nav) and 1.71(nta). Lets see.....

In today market, better discount property stocks. Why not below $1.85? Especially when mother share can drop so low from $3.80 to $3.40 levels.

Daiwa Capital Markets keeps its Outperform rating on CapitaMalls Asia (JS8.SG) with an unchanged $2.65 target, as the company builds new properties, and as the house believes the markets have priced in China’s recent curbs on property speculation. The house says that seven malls in total should have been completed in 2010, according to the company’s guidance, including three malls in China and one mall in India in the fourth quarter. “We believe CapitaMalls Asia is positioned to make further acquisitions in markets where there is competitive bidding (mainly in Singapore) and especially in markets which could see investor sentiment weaken in the future (primarily China).” The house expects the mall developer to report a net profit of $567 million on Feb. 17. I do agree that retailers need BB to push it above $2. Otherwise you and I are unable to see $2. Yep, is for day traders . Investors are not bothered by fluctuatations in prices. I don't know who is buying it, but the train is not expected to go away as yet. Let's see what happens tomorrow. I am expecting some pull back. Hopefully it doesn't drop back 1.95

I fund is buying then sure to go up but when stops buying then what happen next? The fund buys long term so is not bothred but others may start to take profit while others scram and cut loss. Lets see what happen next. If CMA goes up why mother share Capland goes down? Is this truly a fund purchase factor and not truly reflect valuations?
