2nd move is when coy potentially announces corporate moves given resolutions for shareplacement and rights issues approved at the AGM with support from founder. In my opinion, a buyer is probably in the wings waiting......... BB action defintely in this counter judging from today's volumn and trade patterns.

I agree with your logical and reasonable analysis. Do you see a chance of further dividend based on point 2 i.e. not needing more working capital ? Were you at the AGM ? 

You guys are jokers....spend whole day trying to find out if div is 4 c or 0.04 c........the difference is a factor of 100x.

Look at the logic:

1. As of 31 Dec 08, Co was sitting on 11c per share cash....CLEAN....which means its current assets less Cash  (i.e Inventory and Receivables) more than covers current liabilities (Payables and short term loans.

2. During AGM, chairman declared that Co. does not expect much growth, if any, in their business....=> no need for more working capital.

3. Shareholders were pressing for return of excess cash.

If divident is 0.04c then the return of cash is only 0.36% of the cash.....it would be an insult and not giving face to shareholders demands.

4c would make it 36%......which is at least a reasonable  payout.
