Dear Wanglausern : PSL is not a coal-company yet and the terms of the deal have not been finalised.....so if coal price drops, they can probably get a better deal with the Indonesian purchase !! --- and this is different from Sakari & Patriot, who are primarily coal companies for a long time. Also, PSL shall only invest about S$3.7mio into Indonesian Coal , if you read their earlier disclosures to SGX. They still have S$5+mio balance from the rights-issues and they shall get approval to get S$18.5+mio TODAY from the EGM for disposing off non-performing crane biz. |

Their investment of coal company at this juncture is not right. Just take a look at Patriot Coal and Sakari. PSL more likely to go down to 20c.

Hi Risktaker.....why is PSL below 0.30 now!! Is it worth buying at 0.295 ?? I see that tmrw 10am they have EGM to approve and free-up over $18.5mio cash from disposal of non-performing crame biz Antara.....and then the coal-biz stake coming soon ! This should set the value of PSL closer to 0.45, isn't it ?!! | ||||
