Assuming you bought one mother share at 12.5 cts during cum rights (with 2 free warrants).
So, you have one mother and one rights share now. Exercise the one rights share to mother share at 3.5 cents to give a total of 2 mother shares. Average price per share is 12.5+3.5 = 8 cents per share. When you exercise the two warrants to mother shares at total cost of 3.5 cts , the average price per share will be 8 + 3.5 divide by 2 = 5.75 cts per share. Exercise of rights to do it through ATM. Exercise of warrants to do it through your broker. |

Am right, it should be 0.035 + 0.0175 = 0.0525 per share after converting and can I do it online (DBS)? Need advise. Thank in advance.

Means i cant pay for the warrants thru normal platform like poems? wa....if i buy at 1.75 cts then sell at 8 cts(assuming market share trading at 8cts),its better than buy 4d. am i right to say that? finally, can advise me if warrants can be bought thru poems or need to go thru broker and estimate how much is broker fees?. thanks | ||

You can convert the warrant at 1.75 cts per share from 26 sep through your broker. After conversion, it becomes mother share and u can sell in open market. It has a time value of 2 years - meaning u can also convert anytime before 2 years expiry . | ||

when can i subscribe to the warranty at the earliest stage and is it a 0.0175/pc? does it means if i paid for warranty then it wil become the same as mother share? really apprecite helpfulness and your advice, Smart |

Sorry.I dont understand what u mean by selling my rights to buy the mother shares. i hv 100lot of mother shares in my acc and thus allocated 100lots of rights. its either i subscribe to the rights or abandon it. wonder if i can sell the rights if i dont want to subscribe to it? | ||

You can sell your rights in open market and keep the money. Basically, you are selling your rights to buy the mother share at 3.5 cts with 2 free warrants. | ||

Can go up beyond 8.8 if this buying interests continues after 13 sep . |

for those with rights entitlement the question you may ask is: 1. Do I sell my Nil rights before 13 Sept? 2. If not, do I exercise my rights AT 3.5 CENTS for 2 warrants following which you will exercise each at 1.75 CENTS for 1 share. The answers should be obvious if you had bought the mother shares for the Rights entitlement. |
