right all uncertainty is clear, now is back to business, the land value and the office building is worth much more than the book value. if revalue in the coming quarter, the NTA will improve, when the production start next years, the company will slowly making progress to profitability. Just ask the question yourself when invest in this counter, why the new investor want to put money in this company is there is no future and no hidden value that we layman has no access to.

China Gaoxian was fined KRW2b ($2.3m) by the Korean financial regulatory, FSS, for exaggerating its cash balance and failing to disclose material facts relating to the Huaxiang project, in its registration statement lodged in relation to its Korean listing. Former Executive Chairman Cao Xiangbin and CFO Raymond Wong have also been fined KRW50m ($58,100) and KRW16m ($18,600), respectively, and have been referred for prosecution in Korea. The company is entitled to file an administrative law suit within 90 days upon receipt of FSS' notice, if it wishes to challenge its fine. | ||||

China Gaoxian fined S$2.3m by Korean authority
SCANDAL-HIT fabric maker China Gaoxian might have resumed trading on the Singapore Exchange (SGX), but its past has returned to haunt it. Korea's Regulatory authority Financial Supervisory Services (FSS) has fined it two billion Korean won (S$2.3 million) over a securities registration statement lodged in 2011, when the company raised funds via Korean Depository Receipts (KDRs) on the Korean Stock Exchange. FSS said China Gaoxian had exaggerated its cash and cash equivalents as at the time of its Korean listing by more than 100 billion won, and had not disclosed material facts relating to its Huaxiang Project to expand production. The KDRs will be compulsorily delisted tomorrow. |

Those who pay 3.3 cents and 3.5 cents definitely will keep selling their shares because of good profit and market uncertainty. Need to flush out these players first before you will see the price stabilizing. Wait until end of Oct before you consider re-entry. My 2 cents worth. |

Since re-listing on 18 Sep px has been sliding downhill from high of 11c to 7.7c (today), a 30% loss over a fortnight. On hindsight it was an opportunity for many to exit after the long suspension. DYODD.

Today's market is downward bias. Even the strongest and those with news like OKH, upward and steady counter did not rally up a lot. It seems that there is a force pushing it down. I feel more optimistic for tomorrow. Today is a collection for gap up tomorrow. Huat to all vested! | ||||
