no idea. but my personal opinion is that this coy is undervalued. The price is below its NAV. many management issues in the last one to two years pushed the prices all the way down to 14cents. it has been in the red as well, but has turned profitable again in the last two quarters. when business turn around, this counter will most likely chiong all the way up, at least to be equal to its NAV, which is 40cents i think. not sure.

 if u look at the last rally, i think it was just before their results are announced. people expect it to turn profitable, that's why rally till 0.29. but dropped subsequently cos the coy is still losing money. the next announcement will be this year march/april, if i am not wrong.

 from the last two quarters, the coy has been some profit. though not spectacular, but it shows that the business is turning around, and management issues are more or less being resolved. Its all about expectations. think BBs wanna get in now before the prices get too high just before the results are announced.

 I think in the mid to long term, this counter will reward its shareholders. when losing money and with management issue, amidst the bleak global economy, it went down to 0.14. it hit a high of 2.50. now turn black, unlikely to hit 0.14 again. reward/risk ratio is too high to be ignored, at least for me. 

 any opposing views? i am new to investing as well, would like to hear from the more experienced =D
