Again, this can be rewarded later on during bull when everyone is 'siow" about bull. I'll get ready to buy later when TA shows a clearer sign and hold for that day. It is like WingTai.... not wanted during bear but cheong on last phase of bulls. I've seen this many times. |

I don't like the fact that it rocket high from 2.8 to 4.8 easily last year... it creates a big holes in between 2.8-3.4... as you read the announcement, they expect the full year end result (end June 08) will be lower than end June 07, I think that is why people are selling.. knowing that 3 months down the road, the result will not be better... but again, if their 3 new condos sales are good and any good project launced in the "months to come", any rebound is expected too.. so, make your own judgement ba.. I think for medium - long term, still worth to bet. |
